Treatment Approach
I practice a holistic approach, exploring all aspects of one’s life—physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. Together, we carefully craft an individualized and evolving treatment plan tailored to your short and long-term goals. I work mindfully to cultivate a safe and secure space that catalyzes connection and change. I am very interested in the parts of your life that you are proud of and using those parts as strengths to heal areas of distress.
We will explore how stress and/or trauma show up in the body and learn ways to work through difficult emotions with compassion and curiosity. Through new and transformational experiences inside and outside of the therapeutic room, you will be able to cultivate a more meaningful and authentic relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.
My area of focus is in attachment trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions for individuals 18 and older. As a staff therapist at the Camden Center, an intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program in Los Angeles, I also have expertise treating higher acuity patients that may be coping with a dual diagnosis. Additionally, I previously was the Clinical Coordinator at the Behavioral Wellness Center at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, providing therapeutic services to individuals in the health care system.
